Here at The Travel Clothing Collective, we want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchases! Outlined below are our simple returns policy and guide to ensure you have the best experience possible when shopping with us.
Change of mind
Online shopping can be tricky sometimes, which is why if you change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be redeemed towards any garment on our website.
Please choose carefully, as we are unable to provide a refund unless a garment or product is faulty.
Please note that requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To process a return, please submit the form returns sent with your garments and send to:

If you have lost your return form for any reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a new form to be sent to you.
Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging.
Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. The Travel Clothing Collective is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive confirmation of your store credit details. Please keep in mind that original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid are non-returnable.
Please note that all sale purchases are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless a garment is faulty.
Swimwear and Jewellery Returns
Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on all swimwear and jewellery items unless the product is faulty.
If you have completed your order via AfterPay, please note that our refund policy is still the same for these items. In an instance where an item/s are faulty, we will organise the full refund as per below.
Afterpay determines how to apply the refund to your order and adjust the payment schedule accordingly to reflect the refund issued.
Afterpay will process amounts back to your card in the instances where you have made payments to Afterpay already.
An email will be sent from Afterpay to you to confirm the refund has been processed and communicate any changes to your payment schedule.
All items sent by The Travel Clothing Collective are quality inspected prior to shipment. However, in the rare case you do receive a faulty item/s, we are more than happy to replace the item (if available) or issue you with a full refund, depending on your preference.
Please send a photo of the faulty item, along with your name and order number to email@example.com so our customer care team can resolve this as soon as possible for you.
